The sound of your favourite seventies eighties backtrax now gets better with our updated podcasting section.  As of Tuesday 5th December 2006, 2PR FM is commencing it's 160 kbps podcasting service.  A vast improvement over our old 64 kbps schedule, you can now really get rocking around to the way radio was back then.

The system is the same as before.  Simply right click on any of the links below, save to your hard-drive, then simply shift it to your portable device and enjoy!

After two years of messing about with aggrigation and RSS programs, I have finally cracked the RSS code.  I have simply downloaded a "notepad" template from an education website, and have simply filled in the blanks, so fingers crossed, let's hope it works.  Funny how so many software companies want to make things confusing, while it was as simple as just typing up a word document. 

As I understand it, you subscribe to the RSS feed by downloading the below XML document.  As I add new programs to the site, your ipod should update, once I've updated the XML documeht.
